I guess home-field advantage is worth at least 22 points these days? Somehow, that seems a little much. http://www.docsports.com/2006/home-field-advantage.html
A 22 point home field advantage? LOL Make no mistake, there isn't a place on the planet they could play where Rice would have won that game. Your last few posts on this game have been so absurd that you are either a troll or a blithering idiot. Which is it?
I'm officially a Manziel only fan for his play on the field. However, Sumlin irks me now. I want him yelling like he did during his U of H days. It was the same thing that irked me about Mchale. You acknowledge the problem but are scared to call out a star player because if they're not babied you might get the axe in the future. Much respect for the O'briens who got into a shouting match with Brady, sure he got let go, but it took cojones. Ooo, Our D-line coach getting into a shouting match with Watt was fun to watch too. I want to see that old school fiery Sumlin. made this 10 minutes ago Free Manziel,
btw that money sign orginated from former A&M WR EZ Nwachukwu, but Espn and all the other outlets could care less...Oh and here is Taj Boyd doing it at well http://msn.foxsports.com/collegefootball/story/tajh-boyd-makes-same-money-sifting-hand-gesture-as-johnny-manziel-083113
None of those guys have had their eligibility questioned for making money in violation of NCAA rules.
Of course Johnny did it last year too. Nobody wants to talk about that either. The bottom line is that reading anything into that is just silly.
Yeah, having a little self-awareness is far too much to ask of Johnny Massengill. Notice the only people who ever defend him are members of the 12th Reich -- outside of those folks, people are pretty much aligned that the guy is a clown.
actually quite the contrary, I would def be annoyed by him if he played for a rival school. It was like Ron Artest with the Rockets, hated him on LA and loved him when he played for us. Point is the lack of persepective when judging all his actions, for example, ESPN announcers saying Hall & Everetts suspensions for next game are a result of Johnny's actions...or Lou Holtz saying its ridiculous that he wears a visor and towel on sidelines. Its all a joke seriously.
Oh look, bigtexxx Godwinned the thread. He can no longer offer any real arguments so he just throws in an unneeded and offensive Nazi reference. Good job big!
Except it wasn't relevant last year. It's only relevant because of his unique circumstances. If you're a comedian who makes jokes about rape, and then are accused of rape, you might want to stop making jokes about it going forward if you have any self-awareness. He created this mess - and apparently he doesn't care if people think he's an idiot, and that's his right and nothing particularly bad will come out of it. But if he continues to act like that, people will call him out for it and say he's an idiot - I don't see the problem there.
Reich means nation in German 12th Reich = 12th man nation sometimes I just slip into German. Other times Spanish. I speak both. deal with it
How ironic is it that bigtexxx criticizes a player for a lack of self-awareness while at the same time comparing one of the top Universities in the state to the 3rd Reich? The same school that has people who scaled the cliffs at Normandy to help win that war. Extremely insulting. Physician. Heal thyself.
the comparison was more regarding the cult-ish nature of Aggies, rather than the education itself. I've got no problem with A&M's education -- it's one of the very best schools in Brazos county.
So now you admit the Nazi reference. At least you did that. If you bothered to learn a little bit about history, you would know that many Aggies were instrumental in WW2. To then compare A&M to Nazi Germany is demeaning to those Aggies who didn't come home from that war. Without those sacrifices, you may not have the freedom today to be such a prick.
Hey Johnny, both Vince Young and Tim Tebow are out of the NFL - and they are both 3-5" taller than you and Tebow has GOD on his side........ Both out of the league, just saying..... DD
Yes, but neither of them are Johnny F'n Football... Johnny is going to be a lot like Charles Barkley... Love him if he is on your team... Hate him otherwise... Johnny needs to back it all up in 2 weeks though or it will blow up in his face... I'm good with his attitude because that is part of who he is and what makes him great... Honestly he is not the first to do anything that he has done with trash talking and the like... He is the first to do it with a real chance to back it up... Play the villain Johnny and rip the heart out of all these haters!!
I'm hoping there is a sharpie hidden in the goal post padding so JFF can sign the ball and flip it to an Alabama defender after his first td run
