Good. Now they need to cut Aaron Rodgers.

Vince's runs are so effortless. He's so deceptively fast and quick that it makes people miss and he follows his blocker really well.

We're talking about Tommie Frazier, right?

I kid, great to see VY do well. Imagine he'll get a lot of snaps in their last preseason game.

B.J. Coleman? He's never taken a snap in an NFL game. The Packers must figure they are burnt toast if Aaron Rodgers goes down, so the backup QB position doesn't matter.

I assume VY didn't do well yesterday.

Yeah, it is horrible how Jeff Fisher is using his evil powers to to keep Vince from revolutionizing the QB position.

From yesterday (obviously before he was cut):

It all depends: Vince Young looked worse on tape than he did live in Kansas City.

On a night when he wasn't calling plays, McCarthy saw it all from 25 yards away. Based on his words and demeanor afterward, it would appear the Packers are having serious reservations.

No matter what Young can do with his legs, no quarterback can last in Green Bay unless he pays close attention to detail and executes.

On Thursday night, 3 1/2 weeks after his signing, Young couldn't execute the offense. Period.

Will the Packers release Young and start over with the best of Saturday's retreads?

"They have to," one NFL personnel director said Friday night after reviewing the Kansas City tape. "He stinks. Looks like he can't retain the plays. He freelances."

The other question is if McCarthy even would want mistake-prone B.J. Coleman on the practice squad.

i guess it takes more than just a strong arm and elusiveness to play QB. lol, can't even back up a back-up. Definitely jeff fisher's fault. this thread should be archived.

If by blackballed, you mean an inability to learn a playbook... and execute an offense... then yes, blackballed.

Every play can't be "comanche" from Every Given Sunday.

I would love to see them both give arena league a shot. Doesn't appear either have a future in the NFL.

Even if we could find Dr. Frankenstein to graft Tebow's brain into a body with Vince's tools. The result would be a starting QB...but still be a poor mans RGIII.

These teams want to win at all cost and thus the goal is to find the best players you can.

    The Titans said bye
    The Eagles said bye
    The Bills said bye
And now the Packers are saying bye.

How many chances do you get?
Not a VY fan at all but was hoping he found a home in GB.
