    Picante just means spicy.

    But with pace "sauce" has a hire water content than pace "salsa"

    2. Pace Medium Salsa
    3. Clints Medium
    4. Joe T. Garcia's Medium

    My wife (from Georgia) hates Pace, but I grew up on it. She likes On The Border Salsa (which I absolutely can't stand). She doesn't like Clints either, so we compromise and usually buy Joe T. Garcias.

    Pace lost a lot of flavor since they moved the plant from San Antonio to New Jersey.

    I'm not a fan anymore.

    I agree with this.

    I've tried just about every salsa on the market (Hell on the Red, Newmans, etc..) but they all seem to fall short of Pace. For store bought that is.
