Tracy fans get defensive because they know no matter how they try to spin it he quit on his team and never made it out of the 1st round of the playoffs during his 16 yr career.

True Rocket fans know he quit on the team and that's why McGrady was booed countless times at the Toyota center.

Wow, are you serious? That's just sad. And such an insult to Legendary coach, Rudy T. Kermit threw a punch that gave Rudy life threatening injuries and eventually ended his career. Whatever tmac did, you really put it on that level? We are talking about a basketball game vs a persons physical health here.

Some of you guys are truly ridiculous and need to let it go. You might live a happier life when you realize at the end of the day, it's just a game where they put the ball in the hoop.

Tinman has been a quality poster since I joined this forum in '99. The problem for me is that if T-Mac is mentioned in any way, fashion or form in any thread, he yields the thread into a wrestling forum between T-Mac fans and those that objectively criticize him. Then there are these passive-aggressive threads he creates like this one. It's just so damn redundant and ruins quality threads.

I agree, if you took out the Tmac stuff and his obsession with "true" fans versus everyone else, he'd be one of my favorite posters.

The NBA and the Rockets organization has been paying their respects to T-Mac all week. Tinmac should too!

i hated him towards the end because i wanted a championship so bad and i knew that we had the most talented team in the league when Yao & him were healthy.

Reflecting back though, it is almost all good memories.

McGrady was freaking awesome. Good luck to him in retirement.

I actually could go on more so, but I won't. This is the guy Tinny idolizes. This is the representation of Houston he wants over TMac because Tmac mailed it in? That's cool.

he 'had' great potential. when things go sour- a bad break up is still a bad break up. you live, you learn. that's why it isn't a 2-star team, but a 3.
