Looks as if Bale is going to Real finally for 95 million euro. Steep price. Spurs are moving forward with getting Eric Lamela and Willian with some of that money. Solid move for Spurs iMO. They were a one man team last year almost, this time around they brought in good players at multiple positions. Easily better than Arsenal.
Just recently started getting really into this sport. My girlfriend grew up playing soccer her entire life so she has started to rub off on me a bit. diving is a part of the game. really they should call it "selling" because that is what it really is. theres a foul but in order for the ref to call it the player must sell it n fall over. i have no problem with that type of "dive" They worst kind is where there is no contact at all. and no team in the world does that more than Barcelona. The notion that serie a players/italians are the only ones that dive is absolutely ludicrous.
