The first picture has emerged of the 17-year-old suspect charged with the horrific murder of a beautiful six-year-old girl, whose body was wrapped in a tarp and dumped in a quiet Fort Worth, Texas, suburb last month. Tyler Holder was shot in the throat on July 23 when he pulled a gun and opened fire on police who tried to arrest him for the abduction and rape of little Alanna Gallagher. He shot one officer in the groin. On Wednesday, Holder was released from John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth and was booked into the Tarrant County Jail on charges of capital murder and attempted capital murder. In his booking photo, a bandage can be plainly seen on Holder's throat. A spokesman for the Tarrant County Sheriff's Department told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram that Holder was shot under the chin during a brief gun battle with officers. Holder must still undergo regular medical care in jail, but authorities had him transferred from the hospital - where he had been recovering - for security reasons. He is currently separated from the jail's general population, so he can receive medical attention and continue to heal. Alanna's horrific murder shocked the small suburb of Saginaw, Texas.
