    Louisville
One or two Big 12 teams: BU, OK, OK ST, TCU, UT. I will say UT and TCU.
    Clemson
    Florida State

SC and UGA are always overrated, and they fall flat on their faces against good teams. There will be two good Big 12 teams; no one can predict which ones will come out on top. UT's ranking is consistent with past results, but they have too much talent not to recover this year. Louisville is an unknown largely due to their weak schedule. One could say the same thing about Florida State and Clemson.

You can't rank 2 random Big12 teams above those guys just because "someone" will be good. And Clemson is a weird one - they are the definition of falling flat on their faces against good teams. They get blown out at the end of every year by that overrated SC team.

2012: 10-1 Clemson loses to SC 27-17 at home
2011: 9-2 Clemson loses at SC 34-13 on the road
    2010: 6-5 Clemson loses to SC 29-7
    2009: 8-3 Clemson loses to SC 34-17

Florida State is also the definition of falling flat their face against bad teams.

    NC State
    Wake Forest
    Virginia

That team is overrated year in and year out.

What about Georgia and South Carolina? They always seem to fall flat. They cannot win the big games.

South Carolina lost to LSU and Florida last year.

Georgia lost to Alabama and South Carolina.

Losing to those teams is very different than losing to North Carolina State.
