I finally get a chance to watch and I get this.

 

Lyles pitched relief last night. I guess Porter wanted to shake it up since Lyles has stunk it up so badly lately.

So they wanted to wait until Lyles had a good start and then they sent him to the pen, makes sense.

 

Shh... don't question the organization or people in charge around here or you'll hear about it. They know more than you and we shouldn't question why teams do what they do.

 

One of these days it will be the Astros that beat up on the Rangers night in night out, I hope. Why does it seem like the Rangers have always smoked us in H2H matchups.

 

Whenever you guys wonder how a AAA team would do in the majors... think about this year's Astros team.

 

Because, sadly, they have.

Bert Campaneris played all 9 positions in one game and it was his first and only appearance as a catcher and pitcher.

 

Our best pitcher tonight was our shortstop. Wow.
