Taco C and Chachos. Those were my late night places back in my college days. Chachos though is just so damn greasy and annoyingly crowded late at night that I stopped going a long time ago.

Gringo's is really close to being my favorite right now. It's just good solid Tex-Mex for a good price. But I don't know if anything stands out for me there.

Fogo is definitely one of the best places I've been to. You have to prepare yourself a day in advance for that smorgasbord. But I can't list it as my favorite cause it's just too expensive for us to go any time we want.

    ---

If I'm thinking take-out...gotta go with Brooklyn Pizzeria. That's definitely my favorite pizza right now.

My current favorite restaurant is Kome. Not because I think it has the best Japanese food or anything. I just love the value of it. Great Ramen(best in Austin), very good sushi for a very reasonable price.

I've had great meals all over the world so it's hard for me to say one restaurant is my favorite. Though I would kill for for Hainan chicken rice from a Singaporean hawker stall right now. I haven't been in SE Asia in 2 years which is a record for me.

Whoever said French Laundry in Napa is right. Bouchon is good too.

My favorite restaurant is a casual Asian spot in Irvine, CA called Ten Bistro.

You should talk to some of the chefs. Keller is a genius at cutting corners in a masterful way.

dude, see my post #70 for other places on the Ft Worth side. Also, sounds like your in Euless? There's a Fuzzy's Tacos on 121 & Glade - I just down from there, over at Daystar Television Network.

Fort Worth is a nice place to hang out..depending on what you like/age/marital status/etc.

Oh nice, I know that area very well. I grew up in Huntington Beach/Costa Mesa. Living in the Bay Area now.

No, I didn't know there was a family owned one. That one in Copperfield is my safety go to for good food/service. I have been to the one on I-10 near Wilcrest, not as good.

Truth. Thai Gourmet is consistently awesome. Another favorite of mine for anyone on the southeast side of town is Thai Jasmine

I can vouch for this place as well.

Also, the owner is an ex-Muay Thai champion who may still have a Muay Thai school
