I really admire players who can take a dig at themselves. He's funny.

I can imagine when Rockets play their pre-season game in Taiwan. It's going to be loud and crazy. Does anyone know the seating capacity at the arena in Taiwan?

Stadium seating capacities for Rockets' overseas games

The Rockets play in the "Mall of Asia" Arena (Pasay, Philippines) on Oct. 10th. That arena has a seating capacity of 15,000 and a "full house" capacity of 20,000, according to the arena web site. Their next game, Oct. 13th, is at the Taipei Arena. The capacity of the main stadium there is given as 15,082, according to Wikipedia.

QFT! Asians tend to mind their own business, thus conflicts arise from border or direct contact issues. Cfansnet just hit the nail on the head, and adding to that, why are Americans trying so hard to "care about" middle easterners? Hm.. What did they do?

We not only have racism but institutional and deliberate one, which I think is much worse. So please lets reflect for a moment before pointing fingers, you'll see things with less prejudice.

Btw does Texans know about the Asiana crash news in the Bay Area which reported pilot names such as sumting Wong, wi tu lo, ho lee ***, and bang ding ow? It's ridiculous. Can you imagine this happening in Asian countries??

    (Sorry abt more ot post)

don't want to start a new thread,so i'm just going to leave this here. jlin sharing his story with the world...it's quite interesting actually

    http://youtu.be/vnTK5tRnpdw?t=1h12m12s

he talks about the harden trade, being benched, stress 'cause he wasn't linsanity anymore, said he couldn't eat or sleep, wrote in his diary on december 15th "i'm tired and weary, and i can't wait for the season to end"

people on CF talk about this stuff all the time, so it's cool to know how he really felt

I would like to see KKK or Aryan Brotherhood start something in Hawaii. I don't think Samoan brothers would take kindly to it. They are very easy going people, but once they get upset at you, they will bring their cousins by truck load to fight. Why is it that KKK or Aryan Brotherhood never start something in places where they are a minority, like in Compton?

I will answer my own question: That's because even though they might be racists, they are not dumb. :)

Christian religion is helpful to give you a macro perspective on how petty and fleeting many things in lives are, such as fame, beauty, power, etc. All the more power to Lin if Christianity helps him to make his life better.

It's a good message, one that stevie franchise and all of us could attend but damn those fans were expecting tshirts being thrown to the stands and instead they get a motivational seminar.
