Let me put it in perspective. Our local mall has a chick fill a, and a Nathan's. Now granted, chick fill a's are few and far between where I am, but the chik fill a is always packed, and nathan's struggles for customers. And now I've decided to get chik fil a tomorrow for lunch. Thanks, BigBird.
I wasn't really a fan of Nathan's when I lived in NY. It wasn't that good, and was over priced. It's been a long time since I've been to James Coney Island, but it was far superior to Nathan's. Some of the hotdog places in LA are better than ones I've had anywhere else.
Meh... Nathan's is mediocre. It isn't gross but way over priced and nothing unforgettable. The best hot dogs I have had have been from Chicago.
lived in NYC for four yrs. Nathan's isn't anything special at all. About the same as James Coney Island.
