Was searching around the internet on the game. I'm so pumped now. I hope they announce a pc version and it comes out quickly. Otherwise, I may be forced to buy a 360. I don't see how this isn't in contention for the best game ever when it is released.
They redid the website, it's fully interactive now. 360 degree views of cars, information about hospitals etc. www.gta5.com
This game is going to be epic. And to think they are doing all this on current gen tech? I can't wait until they make the GTA after GTA V with next gen technology.
Apparently Nvidia spilled the beans about the game coming out on the PC. I'm hoping it's true, and there will be a fall / winter release of GTA V on PC......never wanted to get it on my crappy old PS3.
Saw that today at work and was pumped. I hope this is true, and that my computer handles it well enough. CAN'T WAIT.

Guy in the middle has the biggest nose I've ever seen. /girltalk Looks pretty awesome, overall. Totally crazy if it all works smoothly. Hopefully they will have servers you can actually connect to. In GTA IV on 360 (when it first came out), I could never connect to a game with other players. On PC, I can't even go online. If they can fix that problem, and get servers that actually work, and are easy to use, like Halo or Battelfield, this will be my favorite game ever.

Apparently, GTA Online is being considered a different entity, and will be released two weeks after GTA 5.
I just heard that through IGN. Someone at Rockstar apparently said this. They're speculating that it would be like a free DLC thing. To me, it'd be a huge money maker if they offered it as a stand alone. It'd make a lot of people upset, for sue, though. With what all they seem to be throwing into multiplayer (including missions, heists, races, create mode, etc.), I could see them needing a separate disc for it, though. Just speculation on my part.
Rockstar did say it was free. Would be silly to charge for it IMO (just make it F2P if anything). It requires GTAV and all that, though it could maybe evolve to some point where it would be completely separate. Could charge then, though I still think it would be smarter to be F2P.
I wish they'd just come out and say yes or no to the PC version already. That's the only thing tempering my excitement for this game. It's stupid that they haven't made an announcement on it. The petition has well over 300K signatures, so it's not like they wouldn't sell any. NVIDIA came out and said they know nothing of a PC release after their statement. Everything seems to be pointing towards a yes, so why ignore it?
Of course there will be a PC version, there almost always is....they just get paid a lot of $$$$ for a period of exclusivity. DD
That, and they don't want anyone to skip the console versions for the PC version. You'll buy both copies (or...um...one copy if you're one of "those" people) and you will love it!
