so...you want me to dissect each and every one of your posts to show you why you are acting like a condescending dick. Why? So you can grasp a word or two and create another argument over that? Stop acting like you're all naieve about the D&D hijacking that you attempted with your posts.

No, but that's post and profane insult number 3 for you; and still with no discussion of the topic at hand.

    and so on..

 maybe for you, saying stuff like this is nice behavior. It's not. it's rude, condescending, and for my fourth insult, fits perfectly into dickish behavior.

I eagerly await the 5-10 minutes it will take you to go through 5 or 6 different drafts of how to respond before finally coming to the realization that it is best to attack the phrase "nice behavior". Perhaps you can stretch that argument out a few posts of back and forth before I give up talking to you, and you can declare yourself to be the "winner".

You're still not discussing the topic. My posts were and every term I used in there was critical of the article and the writers. You however have come in after the fact to refer to me using a profanity multiple times. My posts were part of debating the article and asserted incident, yours initially falsely accused me of insecurity and a lack of empathy, and now you're continuing to inconsistently accuse me of poor behavior despite having done nothing but hurl insults.

In addition, your understanding of the scientific method needs some polishing. You don't need to observe something in a human life time scale to make a conclusion. Most, of if not all people accept the fact that it takes Pluto 248 years to orbit the sun.

one of my very closest friends was a youth pastor who had a masters in social work for that very reason. he now runs a non-profit that is geared towards serving kids.

Your intellectually dishonesty act is very good. I'll play along and point out to you that calling people naieve, gullible, and deceitful simply because they posted an article from a mainstream news site is generally not a good way to interact with people. You have two more back and forths before I forfeit due to having to do something else other than sit here and point out why you are a condescending and socially obtuse person.

science is nothing more than another religion. your god is the big bang and your faith in the scientific method is part of your belief system of checks and balances.

science is no different than religion in this aspect. scientist observe and interpret the universe to come to their conclusions while religions accept the universe for what it is and interpret their text.

my problem with science is that, too often, it tries to promote theories that could never be proven, but they present them as fact. You may think the same think about religious people and god, however, I assure you that I already know that the existence of god can't be proved that is why I have faith in god.

your problem seems to be that you think science can disprove the existence of god, when it can't. Even if the big bang was or could be proved (it can't), and even if the universe began with the tiniest of an atom, the question would remain where did the atom come from?

one last thing: the scientific method is a joke and everybody knows it is a joke, why would anybody promote a style of experiment that can only hope to be a theory someday that is susceptible to be disproved by better knowledge. the scientific method just helps scientist sleep better at night when they come up with half-baked theories.

You're confused. Science is a collection of knowledge organized to find testable conclusions to questions we have.

Religion is a collection of beliefs that someone chooses to accept as truth, despite a lack of empirical evidence.

The big bang theory is not the god of science. It's simply the most popular theory based on the knowledge we currently have. It's accepted while the search for further proof continues .

 In a post brimming with stupidity (or at best - ignorance) this might trump everything I've ever read on this board. In fact, I might make this my sig!

you can test the big bang theory?

so their is another world that science created then, with people and such? I never heard about that test.
