It's funny how they labeled it Obamacare as they tried to trash it and obstruct it every step of the way. One day it will inevitably lead to single payer and Obama will be its grandfather. Republicans are going to rue the day they attached his name to it.

The content in the original post. The delay of another component of Obamacare.

You are trying desperately to continue your flailing insults at me without addressing the content of the thread. Is it because you are incapable of addressing the content?

If all you can do is reply with additional insults, then I would suggest for your own benefit you simply stop replying.

    Myth

STUDY: Very Few Employers Have Actually Cut Workers’ Hours Because Of Obamacare

The CEPR report shows that to be a minority position among larger employers. Since 30 hours per week is the threshold for employees receiving benefits under the law, researchers expected companies that didn’t want to comply with Obamacare to roll back workers’ hours to just below that threshold. But only about 0.6 percent of the labor force worked between 26 and 29 hours per week in 2013. Since 2012, the number of part-time employees working that range of hours actually stayed statistically the same. Furthermore, less than a third of workers say they are working less than 30 hours because of an employers’ decision — most choose to work the limited number of hours. That led the authors to conclude that the trend “is in the wrong direction for the ACA as job-killer story.”

“While there may certainly be instances of individual employers carrying through with threats to reduce their employees’ hours to below 30 to avoid the sanctions in the ACA, the numbers are too small to show up in the data,” the CEPR researchers write. “It appears that in setting worker hours employers are responding to business considerations in much the same way as they did before the ACA took effect.”

Who paid for the health care of these employees before their hours were cut? This is a great example of how business profits from low wages while shifting the burden of cost to the taxpayers as a business subsidy.

You mean an administrative decision which is well within the purvey of the executive branch? Again, what content, this is just one more attempt to disparage the ACA in an attempt to try and turn public opinion against a law which is already somewhat popular and likely to get more popular as more of it continues to take effect.

No, it is because you deserve much worse than anything I have said to you. You seem smart enough not to be duped by the liars which makes you complicit with them. Assuming this to be the case, you are nothing more than one of the greedy, willing to sell out and bleed dry your country in order to fatten your wallet. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe you're one of the dupes. It is one or the other and I'm fairly certain I know which.

For my own benefit? Again, hilarity ensues. If this is some kind of threat, I will invite you to bring it on. It is no secret who I am, where I work, or how to get in touch with me. Your empty bravado truly makes me laugh and shows just how tiny a man you really are.

And yet those people will still have healthcare, no thanks to their employers.

The employer provided healthcare model is irretrievably broken. The sooner people realize this simple fact, the sooner we will be able to create a system which is efficient, effective, and universal.

You can't do it. You simply have to resort to personal insults in every post. That tells me all I need to know.

...and no, I wasn't threatening you. I was saying that you should stop replying with insults because it makes you look like you cannot argue like a man on the relevant content. Instead you can only resort to insulting the other poster.

I guess you don't have the ability to respond to the content I did answer with. Color me unsurprised.

You have been unable to argue like a man on the relevant content for YEARS, which is the biggest reason that you receive derision from me.

    Karma, b****.

    Tonight in Mitch McConnell Kentucky.

Just how successfully Obamacare is implemented in McConnell's home state could have an impact on his tough 2014 reelection fight, in which he faces both a serious Democratic foe in Kentucky Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes and a primary tea party challenger in Matt Bevin. Kentucky is not only implementing its own exchange; it has agreed to the expansion of Medicare. As a result, Obamacare could end up providing insurance for more than 640,000 residents.

Banahan said she has received fairly positive feedback from residents when she has done outreach across the state. "Everybody has been very kind, very cordial when they come up and ask questions," she said. "We haven't had had any protesters or angry people come up."

Your content was "well Obama had the right to do it!"

    how insightful (actually it wasn't)

It reveals Obama's lack of confidence in his plan.

No, it shows that he has the ability to adjust the plan based on reality and the needs of the country. I know reality isn't your strong suit, but it is still reality.

How about a compromise? Some kind of kick-ass preventive- and wellness-oriented single-payer coverage that is very affordable and subsidized (I'd rather have healthcare for some than soldiers in Germany). Then let the priviate market provide several optional layers of voluntary, elective stop-loss catastrophic coverage.
