Strange that you would become a Rockets fan around the time when the Mavs would win a championship... then again, most Dallas fans are strange to me.

Probably why they choose to post in a Houston forum over a Dallas/Arlington/Southern Oklahoma one.

3rd to last in attendance, yes. Averaging about 20K/game for a team that's on its way to 3rd straight 100 loss season, something no team has ever done before.

But not 40 years of that.

It was '91 I became a Rockets fan. You didn't read what I posted correctly. Oh and I'm not from Dallas I'm from Brownsville TX. Way closer to Houston than Dallas.

My bad... I only read about the part where you were rooting for the White Sox to beat the Astros so that they wouldn't win before the Rangers did.

Despite the Astros being awful for the last 3 years, and the Rangers playing the best baseball they have in their franchise history, that championship battle is still dead-even.

Back to the game... The pitching has been exceptional on both sides. I hope Porter goes to Lo first... I don't understand why he has not pitched since Wednesday given that he has not allowed a run in 4 innings pitched. I'd also like to see Kevin Chapman for a full inning if he's capable of pitching. Wright has also pitched very well lately. Fields, Zeid, DeLeon and Harrell have been laughably bad this past week.

Can only watch them when they play the Rangers, but this weekend has been so painful...

Do they even run the train anymore? Or does it just sit there, blocked by advertisements?

May have just missed it on the Rangers telecast.

Good for you...but you are in the great minority of "rangers fans". There is no legit way you can't agree than roughly 90% of people who call themselves "Rangers fans" today would have done so prior to the current run of success they're on.

And to bash a guy for being a season ticket holder despite the team being bad would make it seem even more like you are indeed a bandwagoner.
