No you're probably going to get a tablet in the mail that someone loaded a similar OS to iOS. And then they're going to argue it's an authentic version of iOS and you're going to argue it's not. So....my advice is to do your research on iOS.....lol

hey on the bright side, at least only $33 would be held up until they refund, better than the $2000 item macbook never recieved.

haha! I actually had my own website where I was selling used goods and used hair gel was one of them.

Apparently used hair gel isn't that profitable. Had to shut it down. Now selling all my stuff on ebay.

No doubt. Ebay is pretty hardcore when it comes to scams. As a new seller I had caps on how many of one item I was able to sell. I wonder how he is getting around all those restrictions.

Also, unless you have 60 or more positive feedback as a seller, they won't release funds from payments until days after delivery.

Thanks for bidding on the listing:

121156759487 - YOU ARE BIDDING ON 1 Year Limited Warranty V5-471P-6498 14"V5-471P-6498 Notebook

Unfortunately, we had to remove this listing and cancel all bids. We don't like to remove listings -- it's disappointing for everyone -- but sometimes we need to do it.

There are three main reasons why we remove listings:
-- The listing doesn't follow eBay guidelines.
-- The item isn't allowed on eBay or can only be listed under certain conditions.
-- The listing contains pictures or words that may create copyright or trademark issues.

If the seller is able to fix the problem and relist the item, we hope you'll bid on it again.

Sometimes, instead of relisting an item, a seller will suggest that you buy it directly from him or her, off eBay. If that happens, please don't accept. If anything goes wrong with the purchase, we won't be able to help you.

-- If you have questions --
Due to concerns about member privacy, we can't share any details about why the listing was removed, but we'd be glad to answer any other questions you might have. Here's the best way to contact us:
    1. Click "Help" at the top of most eBay pages. You may need to sign in.
    2. Click "Contact Us."
You'll be asked to describe what's going on, and we'll suggest the best way to get in touch.

hmmm....Haven't received any message from ebay yet. I haven't paid yet though. I'm waiting on someone to pay me for some things I sold and was going to pay with that.

Just don't want an unpaid item case opened on me. Ebay needs to start charging people that want to buy and sell. Some sort of refundable deposit. I also have a ton of aholes that bid on items or just use the buy it now feature then don't pay. It's such a pain in the ass because then I have to open a case and wait almost two weeks for them to give me credit for my seller fees.
