I think it's included in the basic digital package (they don't offer it as an add on... Part of the dispute with the other providers is that they want it on their basic tiers).

It's actually not included in their MOST basic package -- which makes Comcast complete hypocrites.

How much is Comcast with internet?

Just asking because I called Directv to complain and moan and threatened to cancel and they didn't take my bluff and offer me any discounts. My Directv bill will be going to up 120 or so next month so combined it will be 170 im paying on TV+internet.

I might just make the switch...when i was looking on the comcast website do you need to add the 17.95 for HD DVR per month along with the price for 2 extra HD receivers ?

I'm right at $160/month after taxes and I get the following package

    Internet - 50mpbs down
VOIP Phone - useless but came with the bundle
Premium Tier cable package with everything but showtime (have HBO, Stars, Encore, Skinemax, etc)

    1 DVR
2 Additional HD recievers (currently getting for free - soon will have to pay a few bucks a month for each)

This deal is guaranteed for a year and bumps slightly in year two (or I lose HBO and Stars)

And does Comcast offer a customer service email? I didn't notice one when I was digging around their site.

if you have their service they have customer service through IM. Usually the better way to go as opposed to calling.

Comcast has some of the worst customer service in the world, and one of the lowest consumer ratings of any national company.

Works fine for me although I'd love to have Comcast speeds.

I have U450 with all premium channels, Palladia and some other channel, highest internet speed available, free HD, 5 boxes but only pay for 1, all for $145.00/month. I called to complain about not having CSN and let them know I could get this price with Direct TV so they matched.

I was about to kick myself because I'm Uverse 450 yada yada same as y'all but I pay $161 year lock...then I remembered I asked for like $300 worth of gift cards. If y'all got those too, then I'm gonna go kick myself. This renewal was done couple of months before the Dwight Howard signing...if I would have know, I probably would have succumbed to Comcast.
