You're right to be paranoid. I was home once around noon at my apartment, which is kind of secluded without community gates. I was upstairs when i heard a huge rock come through my downstairs window. I quickly looked out of my window and noticed a SUV backed in a parking spot by my door pull off. The window was the most convenient to enter through and the location of the hole in the window was conveniently right by the window latch. I walked outside minutes later, the same SUV was turning the corner headed towards me when they seen me outside. Once they noticed me they quickly made a u-turn the other way. My theory is one guy gets out and throws the rock through the window by the latch to be able to stick their hand in and unlatch. They were too slow to pull off, so that's how i know someone had to get out the car. Once they circle back around and if they don't notice anyone outside then they just assume the apartment is empty and enter.
So my profiling works. When I was in Houston, the few Koreans were mostly in the Katy area, around I-10, if I remember correctly. So - does this whole episode make you think differently about the Zimmerman case? Just a little bit? Do you understand his state of mind a bit if there have already been several break-ins in his area? Just wondering.

im in utah and i swear to jesus i can hear f***ers in my attic right now - why did this thread pop up right after that happened?
You should of snuck out and followed them back to there house, and thrown your trash can threw there window. Gotta show then you and your lawn aint there b****.
Uh, no. Doesn't give him the right to chase down anyone based on a few assumptions. Do I see where he's coming from? Yes. Is it justified? Nope. In either case, I think kicking away the trash was really the only thing I needed to do to ward off thieves. At least they know I'm not on vacation or anything like that. So you're telling if someone strategically placed trash on your driveway, I'm not talking about nonchalantly littering left and right, you wouldn't bat an eye at that? The only reason I was concerned was because I saw that. At first glance, I just thought they were solicitors trying to sell me something.
I actually wouldn't, though that may be somewhat due to the neighborhood a live in, where litter is common. But, I'd assume he was dick, not that he had some grand scheme. And, I'd put the stuff in the trash, not kick it into the gutter. A couple of years ago, I had a guy shoot up my windows with a BB gun. He was a dick and I called the cops and I put up cameras because I wanted to catch the guy shooting my windows with BBs, not because I thought it was the first feint in a wider assault. (Ultimately, I did some amateur analysis of the direction of the holes and figured out which window it came from and got the landlord to run him out. There's a thread on it here somewhere, which is pretty funny because people were advising I should be shooting back with a rifle.)
It was right before the part where the prosecution revealed Zimmerman's master plan of getting viciously beaten just so he could have an excuse to shoot the young cherub Trayvon.
