This is a full meal. 1 egg 1 waffle 1 sausage That is 3 items. The weight problem in this country is that we don't realize that is supposed to be an entire meal (and generally not marketed that way). Not to mention wasted calories on sugary drinks.

Reminds me of a chicken and waffle taco I ate at a food truck in Austin which was delicious. This taco bell waffle on the other hand doesn't really look appetizing.

Popeyes just came out with Chicken and Waffle tenders. I'm going to try them, even though I typically avoid fried foods.

Chicken and waffles are huge. The company I work for carries a very tasty waffle breaded chicken bite.
Just an update to this thread, for anyone wanting to know what taco bell's breakfast menu items tasted like: Sausage Waffle Taco - Mediocre. Waffle/Syrup and sausage/egg/cheese do not combine well. Steak A.M Crunchwrap - Delicious. Bacon A.M Crunchwrap - WTF never again.
Thankfully, I'm one of the few people immune from Taco Bell diarrhea. At least you are eating healthier than I!

the waffle is awful. it's not a real waffle, for one. it's like a spongy piece of cardboard. it's just shaped like a waffle. disgusting.
I don't see why they didn't just go with actual breakfast tacos. Mexican breakfast is bomb. They're botching it by adding in a waffle. Do you know how you say 'waffle' in Spanish? It's still 'waffle'. Waffles aren't mexican and don't belong in a mexican breakfast...
