Some teens were walking around my neighborhood, knocked on my door; I didn't answer because I thought they were just one of the door-to-door solicitors. Then one of them proceeded to conveniently lay three pieces of trash lined up along the edge of my driveway and the edge of my half of the lawn. I'm a paranoid person, I distrust everyone so naturally I went outside after they left and kicked all that trash into the gutter. I have a really strong feeling they were casing houses for theft. Maybe I'm just being paranoid. Coincidentally, they were also black. But that's not what made me paranoid. Its the fact that I looked out the window and saw one of them placing trash on the ground. Went outside looked down the street, it was only on the outlines of my house.
A black kid came to my house once...I shot him...a couple of dollars for his baseball team equipment fund.
Yeah, I know ridicule me. Even I think I'm being too paranoid, but you can never be too careful. I am really considering what you are saying atomic. It'd definitely help me sleep better. In either case even if they weren't casing houses to rob, **** them for littering on my ******* property.
You should of opened the door with your .38 sp next to you especially if they were black, in Texas we got a law called "stand your ground" it's your right bro.
I don't know if you are being paranoid. The placing of trash seems suspicious for sure. Get one of those "Trespassers will be shot, survivors will be shot twice" signs and put it on your mailbox so they see it when they come back looking for the trash.
We have one of those community mailboxes where everyone on the street shares the same mailbox. Also, additional detail, one of the kids was holding a basket full of trash... At the very least I was thinking of calling the local PD department, or whoever does the neighborhood patrol around here and just asking them to patrol the street.
As long as the 3 pieces of trash weren't Skittles, Watermelon Ice Tea and Cough Syrup, I think there is nothing to worry about.
