I've always considered Iggy an athletic freak. Impressed how Harden stacks up.

In those shirtless party photos, Harden doesn't really look pudgy to me.

If you work them with weights, your abs/torso get big.

Dude can you bench that 15-20 times? That's pretty strong!

That's my reaction too. I rep with 185 (10 reps) before I move onto 2 plates. I could probably do 14 or 15 if I "maxed out". Average joes at the gym work out with 185s, its hard to believe NBA players can't do that much if not more.

This must be old data. I also doubt Iggy can put up only 4 reps.

Believe it. Most NBA players have super long arms thus making it harder for them to bench more compared to the average Joe. Also, they look stronger than they really are because a lot of them are ripped and shredded from not carrying much body fat.

It's b/c of their long ass arms -- this creates a longer ROM ( range of motion) which is more work/effort to bench press.

I think that big ass beard makes him look chunkier than he is.

(These names were hidden to protect the innocent)

Or maybe he just engorged himself too much this summer?

Really guys? This data seems to be combine draft data meaning that they were around 20 years or younger for their lifts. Pretty obvious most players come into the league with a body not fully developed yet. Of course at this stage those players have bulked significantly since then.

FAT gets you 25.9 ppg. I'll take that anyday of the week and twice on Sunday.

It's easy guessing which one of those pre-draft measurements is Harden's, because of the higher body fat %. Never said he's fat.

I always thought the bench press was 225. Then i realized that was the NFL combine.
