We would be mad. But we're not LA, and we don't have the LA media. The risk of a whole city doing the "bitter ex girlfriend" routine is much less.

 

I would appreciate it when he comes to Houston and Asik holds him to single digits and 5 rebounds, then flush a Faried on his head. A few blocks would be nice., but otherwise I'm just a LOF.

 

I'm not a player fan, I am a team fan. Players come and go. The team doesn't.

I don't even live in Houston anymore. Where I live now I am supposed to be a Spurs fan. But I will always be a Rockets fan. It's what I grew up with, and I like how the team operates. It's always been a classy operation.

Honestly I don't think anyone would be overly stressed about the situation. Morey is no kutchpak nor Orlando. We will get somethin in return.

I never liked Howard. But he's a great player. Now that he is a Rocket, I hope he does well. But if Morey could trade him for a franchise PF, I'd say, "Dwight, don't let the door hit you on the back."

 

I think dude gets a bad rap. He is young, indecisive & immature, but I'm 33 & still the same way in many regards. Think dwight is just a regular nerdy dude who hasn't had to grow up all the way yet & he's having fun enjoying the life of a young millionaire athlete. Cant really hate on thqt without sounding like a hater. Call me a fan I guess.

Yes, even if we traded the whole team I would still be a rockets fan because I am a true fan and my fandom is not based on any particular player but on the team itself, just like any other die hard fan! Yeah, I would still be a fan of his. We didn't have to really give up anything major for him so I wouldn't be too upset. I think he is a funny and cool dude regardless and he wouldn't be on my hate side if this came true.

I've always liked Dwight, probably always will. That being said if he was to pull a T-Mac or Scottie Pippen in us, I would be a little angry. At least, IMO, Morey would be smart enough to trade him for another star if he wanted out...not just let him walk for nought.
