    Calm down.

A kick in the leg or any physical act is pretty much not cool. Sure you can joke with you buddy and obviously thats different.

I am not sure why stating that kicking a homeless is not cool is such a problem. We werent there but a police officer was and saw it firsthand. The police officer thought it was obviously more than horseplay or joking enough to make a deal out of it.

I guess it comes down to malicious and probably at this point jones wouldnt admit that and would say he was being funny or joking. At one point is the line drawn? I dont know Im just saying if indeed it is kicking with intent to harm or careless harm I dont see a problem with calling that chickenshi**t and saying that person is a d******d.

Not enough enough evidence..dont condone what he did but its also possible the police officer could be biased...sees a big black dude come out of the bar so pays extra attention to him

    I was always a fan.

We gave up a lot to get him here, including a pre-injured Richard Jefferson. RJ had his best years while Eddie was still developing.

He had a troubled soul, one of those that you just knew would always be restless until something happened.

    I think it's still a sad story.

    RIP

just saying it was enough of a violation that we know about it. I'm assuming you have to do something somewhat significant in terms of hitting, kicking, or harassing to get in trouble with police. He was inflicting something on someone else that required police intervention. that is the part we cannot escape. Not ready to hang the guy but for me right now that is a major x against him. Patriots cut Hernandez.. in your world should the pats keep him signed till further notice?

Btw you are pretty much going with the he targeted the dude because he was black card which also means now all bets are off. LOL

At least let the case play out before lecturing people. As for police intervention proving that it is true, how many times have you heard players falsely accused of being part of a bar fight simply because they were there or domestic abuse accusation when there was merely an argument? I'm not defending him, I just think it's silly to say it's true because of police intervention. It's even sillier to compare that to the Patriots cutting a guy who is in jail potentially for multiple homicides.

And I'm really hoping you guys aren't going to start into a stupid racial argument over this.
