No, you listen. I don't need to justify to you why I am here.

Jeremy Lin is already big in the rest of the world. You and your minions belittling him is not going to change that.

Know your place in this universe.

Took you long enough. Have you ever heard of "category comparison"? It's an important concept in science, and in the business world.

I met jeremy lin, he's just a player on the Rockets who has a large following of non basketball fans.

I never belittled jeremy lin. he's a nice guy.

We like John Lennon and the Beatles, we just don't like Yoko Ono.

    Imagine Clutchfans
    without all the Lin fans
    It's not hard to do

You can say I'm Rockets fan, but I'm not the only one
Someday you can join us, and Clutchfans will be free of scum

To be fair lot of ex YOF's stayed after Yao lretierd and a lot left.Granted Yao retierd and didn't switch clubs that they could follow next. From what we've seen of Lin fans, some are level headed and some are downright delusional interms of Lin's overall talent level. When people say he can be a 25 points a game player and the Rockets are not allowing him to go superstar mode then that's when people get a little confused.

Yeah, when you dropped Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant with Jeremy Lin,

we know you belong on the category of delusional.

One of my least-favorite-of-all-time Rocket players was Bonzi Wells. The guy was a lockerroom cancer, had a bad attitude, didn't want to take orders from Coach Van Gundy, and just looked like a downright mean guy. He pretty much sucked while with the Rockets, but that's not the point.

My point is that even though Bonzi Wells was my least-favorite-of-all-time Rockets player--because he was a Rocket I still wanted the guy to succeed, and would have been happy as heck if the guy all of a sudden went out and got a 20 and 10 a night.

TRUE Rockets fans support EVERY Rockets player that comes out on the court wearing the red and while; pseudo-Rocket fans will root against certain players in the hopes they fail, and in which case the team fails too. From reading these posts...it's as if certain so-called "Rockets fans" would be all too happy to see the Rockets fail as a team if it were to mean that the team gets rid of Lin.

Right now Jeremy Lin is young, only 24. He has two years before he reaches his prime; also he won't have an injury to deal with this year, will be more familiar with his teammates and the coach, will have a great catch-and-finish guy in Dwight Howard, has a reliable back-up in Patrick Beverley--everything would suggest that Lin has a better year this year. Let's say JLin ends the season averaging 18 ppg, 9 ast, 3 steals, 50% shooting, improved D--wouldn't that as a Rockets fan make you happy???

This is the tip of the ice berg. What you see here is them acting civil. On other sites they wish Harden would get Aids so linsanity could be unleashed. They call Morey a snake and our club a medicore team that's not big enough for Lin.

    You have a math problem.

We just added this guy named "Howard" who left LA because he didn't get to score much on the low post like he wanted.

Now add that Howard guy with that Harden guy. These are the two highest paid players on the team.

Now put down the xbox controller and make a realistic prediction on his scoring.

As a 'fan' of the NBA, you should know about this guy named Robert Horry.
What was his averages with every team that he won a championship with.

now think that way. now and forever.

If you believe in a team with Howard, Harden and Parsons Lin will average 18 then you're proving peoples point regarding being delusional. 9 assists is possible though with so much offensive firepower.

I visit a lot of other sites, and blogs, and seriously, I have never seen anyone wish ill against Harden or second-guess Morey. Harden is a proven star and basically untouchable at this point. After the Howard trade Morey is basically untouchable too and is recognized nationally as "brilliant". On Clutchfans itself I have indeed read of fans who disagree with some of Morey's decision, however I have yet to see any true Morey hater; nor I have seen any true Harden hater. Here's a test. Write something negative about Harden--go ahead, try it: you'll be bombarded with minutes with replies from dozens of other Clutchfans who will question your sanity. Notice how few blogs there are about Harden: Harden is not controversial at all.

These Lin fans hate me cause I met their idol and watched his movie and asked him about the Rockets not about why he's such a suave guy.

Some of the Lin fans are cool, they understand what a film festival is and how it works, so like 1 or 2 of them here saw the movie too.

I think the tension for them and their increased need for attention is because we got Howard.

Dwight is going to be TOPIC 1, 2, and 3 when the season starts.

ON ESPN, on TNT, on NBATV .

Lin is not going to a headline story unless he does something stupid like go on steroids or gets kicked out of a frat party or yells at a security guard at a Michael W Smith concert.

I don't judge Jeremy Lin on how many points he scores, its how he contributes to winning.

Dennis Rodman never scored much. Some fans of the bulls here, i'm sure they've heard of him.

Be careful there. Is that your subconscious talking? Think this is finally getting closer to the true psychic underpinning of the Lin debate on here.
