Dream is so fluid it's amazing. I wonder how some of these post move would work with Melo's shot that doesn't fade as much as Dream's.
This simply reiterates Hakeem is one of the top 2 talents the game has ever seen. jordan is the other, these guys are head.and shoulders more skilled than any other player ever, no question.
He shouldn't work on his offensive game period, he needs to hustle more on defensive and learn to pass the ball everyone once in awhile. I think it's too late for him though, he seems set on his ways.
When the dream gets to the baseline the ball is still alive and the spacing is way more than Melo (who at that point can only settle for a fade-away jumper). Even though other players may evolve these steps into a killer move, but I feel like the dream is on a whole other level. He has no go-to move because all of his moves are connected. Fluent is exactly the way to describe it. Wonder if we'll ever see another player like this.
Carmelo will try to do a Dreamshake in the first 5 minutes of his first game, miserably fail, then go back to shooting those jumpers.
Obviously, Melo's trying to come up with more ways to justify him iso on as many possessions as possible. To ensure that no matter where he gets the ball, and no matter who's guarding him, he can shoot it right there.
Just means he wants to score no matter what.. Dream scored on anybody no matter what.. I dont like Melo.. but he is seeking the right teacher.. Dream can take his game to the next level.. Melo is a scoring nightmare, just needs a better team lol
