And for some...it was to make GZ the villain at all costs when the evidence pointed and ultimately proved otherwise.
You have to be a kid. If Trayvon had a pic of your daughter spread eagle on his phone, would you be cool with that? We are not talking about consensual sex here. We are talking about what could be traded about the internet used for who knows what purposes.
uhhh, I picked out the one thing that cannot be verified as true, damn right. yeah I'm going to nitpick false assumptions and accusations about the dead kid. so you are saying you know that Trayvon's guardians knew he had the photo?
Yes of course a parent would not approve. How is that relevant?? Having those pictures does not make Trayvon a bad guy, it means he is a teenage boy.
I think for some it may have been to make GZ guilty at all costs. They haven't tried to slam his character with the same zealousness.
Umm what? I'd be disappointed in my daughter but I'm not naive to know that that **** doesn't go on in just about every high-school even the more affluent ones. Not sure what that has to do with any thing. You're trying to make it seem like Trayvon having pictures of some high-school kid is not normal male behavior at that age. Seriously if you were a 17 year old and some girl sends you nude pictures of herself you're going to delete them and scold the girl that did it? This is normal teen male behavior unless he forced the girl to take the pictures and we don't know that at all.
The IT Director who examined his phone verified the pics were there. Pay attention. I'm saying that their son was in constant trouble and they should have been in crisis mode with him. They should have monitored everything he was doing. Instead they were passing him about.
It's relevant if you look at the totality of the things he was in to, you could tell he was out of control and he had no respect for authority. His Dad even texted him to remind him to respect his girlfriend and her son and to not be a donkey. Trayvon texted Rachel J to letting her know he brought his weed with him. He was sent to his Dad after getting kicked out of school for weed which shows lack of respect for his Dad by bringing weed to his girlfriends house.
Being a naive teenager and being a responsible parent are 2 different things. I don't think that most girls send nudie pics to other teenagers. When you can stop justifying things by thinking like a kid, let me know. I figured you didn't have kids by your answers.
What's the point of pointing out all of his juvenile mistakes? What happens when your kid starts acting out? Do mistakes made as a child make him the villain? And automatically qualifies him as a lost cause? If only he were an honor roll model teenager...them maybe more people would acknowledge that a child was wrongly murdered, because of poor choices made by an armed adult.
The part where these parents wanted justice and justice was served. GZ was tried fairly and it didn't go their way. They have a bunch of people wound up over the fact their son made a horrible decision to attack someone. They should be preaching about teaching your kids to act in a civil manner and if not what happened to their son could happen to your kid. When their legal team went out of their way to paint TM as this 12 year old innocent kid it opened the door for that false image to be contested.
Ummm...are you dense? Perhaps because Trayvon was a a teenager so we should judge him like he's one? Seems like basic logic to me. If Martin was a 30 year old man that had nude pics of teenage girls on his phone then the situation would be completely different. So your 16 year old boy has you believing that he's never seen a woman naked huh? Alright then....
You seem incapable to comprehend the moral side of this completely. They lost their son and you expect them to side with their son's killer. Unreal.
He was killed because he was an out of control almost an adult still in the process of committing criminal acts with little respect for anyone who decided to attack someone making that person fear for their life. It's not that difficult to figure out. His parents are the ones making him out to have been an angel when they know better. Momma kicked the angel out of her house
You wouldn't have done the same for your child? Just let it slide? Oh well...If only he didn't act like an immature teenager he would still be alive. Got what he deserved I guess. A teenager was killed....was justice really served? Ask your son what he thinks about it.
His son is one of the rare teenage boys that would likely never want to see another girl that goes to his school naked.
