You know, there's a musical group called Stomp. They use things like trash cans to make music. Homeless guys use trash cans too. But no one gets mad at Stomp the group for what they do.... in fact, they get paid to do basically what TJ did for free. No story here...

He wasn't charged with assault which makes the whole STOMPED thing sound over blown anyway sounds more like he nudged the guy with his foot while yelling WAKE UP which is why he was charged with harassment .....if he really stomped or kicked the guy than it would easily be assault

My point exactly. You have your mind made up on a very vague article. You say "splitting hairs" and I say being objective of the facts present. I'm not saying he did or didn't, just implying the fact that I'm waiting for more information to present itself; as any rational thinking individual should.

Even if he didn't stomp on the man, if he was waking him up and cursing at the guy, making him feel worse than he already is. Bully if you ask me.

I can't believe you guys are still going off about this non-story. No one beat up. No blood drawn. No charges. Plead not guilty. Non-restricted travel. Non-story.
I bet when the whole story comes out, it will probably be something totally different. He was probably trying to give the guy money and in his supposed drunken state kicked the guy a little too hard to wake him up.
I just can't picture Jones towering over a helpless man yelling at him to wake up and then stomp on his leg. That doesn't sound right. Look for the word "stomp" to be downgraded.

There are kids that have done much worse even with great parenting. The tangents this site goes on to prescribe blame are ridiculous.

I'm really growing tired of the "bullying" agenda. For the hardcore cases, I do have sympathy, but it is and will always be a part of life. What happened to just dealing with it?

if the guy had more money than Terrance Jones, Jones would be the one to get stomped on

life moves on, Jones has to deal with it, good valuable lesson. you know if the cop didn't see this, Jones would have gotten away with it, had good night and laugh with his buddies.

The people on here that are intent on blowing this way out of proportion and calling for Jones to be kicked off the team and suspended from the league are the very worst kind of people. Most are making it out to seem like Jones curbed this homeless victim and left him for dead. It was a fairly innocent incident, and far too many on here are out for blood. I get that shark week is about to kick off and people are feeling a wee bit frenzied, but please put the coo coo back in the clock.

Did the article say how far that cop was from the supposed crime scene?

The mistake would be about the movement not the perception of how tall Terrence is.

For what it's worth, he is a drug addicted, sex offender in his mid 40's.
