    why would the public defender be involved? It is the prosecutor versus TJ's lawyer. Plus the "hobo" doesn't have to press charges, the cop saw it happen.

    How does stomping a guy only lead to harassment? I didn't read the article to know whether or not it is one of those dramatic titles.

    A cop observed him yelling at a homeless guy sleeping on the sidewalk, then stomping his leg? That seems kinda thuggish.

    Maybe he needs more than a stern talking to. Hope he grows up.

    I guess the cop was too busy eating a donut to intervene. Thats a lot to do to someone while a cop is watching.

    Sure but it's still early. Young guys do make mistakes.
    Basketball players are no saints. You guys act as he is some demon. He isn't.

    Let it be a lesson for him and hope he does not go down that path.
