Allright, I'll start with these 2 and do the others in the morning. It's getting late and I can't decide. SPOONER Just a really good team, on both ends. Even though Latebloomer has some solid defenders in Allen/Parsons, I don't think they will be able to stop a combination of TP and then Westbrook and George on the wings. The FC's are just about even as Bynum >> Hibbert and Love >> West, but both are good defensively and don't lack spacing. Spoon also has a great bench, I've gotta give him the W on this one. Horry/LCA Easily. Durant + Wade will tear PullUpJ apart, and don't have much going for them offensively. Rondo and Melo don't mesh well at all, and Melo can't guard KG. Team H/L also has a great depth, and spacing shouldn't be a big problem. To PullUp J's credit he did build a good team around Dwight, with 3 great 3 point shooters, a go to scorer, and one distributer, but this team is not enough to beat Horry and LCA's fantastic team.
BigMaloe....I'm sure you saw the Bill Simmons comment about CP3 and Dwight. It's like he was waiting for me to take it out of my signature before he acknowledged that could have happened.
Spooner, more talent,better bench, FC and BC (in terms of talent). Neither team fits perfectly in my view, but Spooner has somehow collected so much talent that it doesn't matter. VBG, like how both teams are built. VBG seems to have a bit more talent. FC, bench. BC looks about even or a small advantage to jamers. The other two matchups, i don't know, probably won't vote. Like Maloe's "big 3" a lot, but Jmc's team is deeper. Like how pullup's team fits and like the matchup for him, but Horry/LCA team seems to have a bit more talent. So, i'm undecided.
If I lived in the US, I'd be such a diehard fan of MLS. Love the concept, love the sport, love the organization. Ugly soccer most of the time, but it's soccer, still fun to watch. The big downside is their ugly ugly color commentating. Horrific, needs to be fixed ASAP. But I'm confident they'll get it fixed at some point.
