    Yes t to Pittsburgh . What a way to finish the rebuilding phase and going forward by trading your last big chip away for a great return. It all started with e Roy Oswalt trade and now Bud Norris is the Astros last big trading chip.

    Exactly. 2013 draftees not eligible to be traded until December or January depending on when they signed.

    Pirates also have a competitive balance lottery pick after the 2nd round that they could trade.
