    5'11 here and genetics suck cuz my grandfather (6'2) and my great-grandfather (6'4) both had a thing for short chicks and married women who were under 5 ft tall.

    With modern nutrition, I could been 7ft tall if they married average height women.

    I could dunk a squishy stress ball in high school when I was 5'10. =P

    I find it hard to believe that 43% of Clutchfans are 6 feet tall or taller. That don't sound right.

    It would be helpful to classify with or without shoes. People like to manipulate that. For me, I would still be in the same category :grin:

    6'5" in basketball height.

    6'3.5" in real height.

    And yes, pretty much every 5'11" guy is listing himself as 6'. I talk to people all the time that swear they're 6' and are easily 6 inches shorter than me.

    We're looking at someone who could be 5'8 after all is said and done.

    Usually, guys 5'9 and below accept their shortcomings and keep it real when it comes to their height. But the 5'10-11ers, the in betweeners, who aren't tall nor super short, never admit defeat. They're always 6, or an inch above 6 and have a summer house in Ecuador that doesn't really exist.

    There was a study on this at Oxford - that need to bloat reality carries over to other avenue's. Most of the names in the 5'11-6'1 category are lying or including their height with heels on.
