There has been many crimes committed in the name of travyon ,you won't hear much about it in the main stream news though .
There is some truth to this. I hate to tell the following story, but I also hate to not tell it just because it is ugly and just because I wish it didn't happen exactly like it did. A former (white) student of mine, who is much more liberal than i am, went to join the verdict protests in Oakland recently. As he walked back to a train station he was violently mugged by four African American youths who taunted him for his skin color and referenced the stupid court case. As his father told me, "it's like they always say, B-Bob: a conservative is just a liberal who got mugged one day." Anyway, the young man is okay. Shaken, bruised up pretty good, but he didn't have to stay in the hospital. It's just one datum, but it's truth and I'm not distorting it. I want to say, "congratulations, CNN. Hope all the ratings were worth the aftermath and manufactured hostility. I'm sure they were. (Ka-ching.)" But muggings happen all the time in Oakland, actually, and they're pretty color blind from what I can tell of the statistics. The TM case just added a little spice to what a bunch of criminals were probably going to do anyway.
It's hard to say whether the student would have been mugged without the case, obviously. There was a Hispanic guy at the Oakland protests that a group of black guys at the crowd beat the crap out of for being Hispanic like Zimmerman. No way to tell whether the violence would have happened anyway, but we do know that many who are committing the violence are directly attributing it to some sort of justice for Trayvon. What's scary though is that group of the population doesn't have a problem with violence to begin with and is a real issue in our society.
I won't hear about thousands of crimes that happen daily. These people are just bastards with an excuse.

That is not the point. You have a case, where at worst, both parties are negligent with a dead 17 year old. This case had has very little evidence. Yet the race baiters, whether its Sharpton/jackson, the government, the media, ect... all insisted upon a trial. They worked up the narrow minded masses into a frenzy, under the guise of injustice. Now we are at a point where we have crimes of revenge on innocent people.

Well, "I'm not a rapper" was kind of a clue but even that not an overwhelming one. Just looked like any old kind of foolishness.

No it's a good parody lol, but if one isn't familiar with what is being parodied then it kind of loses its value.
Man, I just scanned the first 40 pages of this thread. Lots of you owe bigtexxx a CONGRATULATIONS... not so much for being right but for not being wrong like many of you were. It's embarassing how wrong so many of you were about this case and the simple, stupid conclusions you reached based on your own biases. I'm not sure who you insulted more: George Zimmerman or bigtexxx. You guys were so loose with the "facts" and bigtexxx kept asking for verification but it was easier just to slander Zimmerman with the story you wanted to be true. This thread deserves to be published and read by the general population It's an education.
