Are we just gonna ignore the monster concerts Black Sabbath had in Texas this week?

Man, show some respect people. First album came out 43 years ago! Incredible.

Was a crazy experience getting to see them yesterday. I had never thought I would get to see them in my life and having three of the original four is good enough for me. Have seen Ozzy a couple of times and this has to me the best I've heard him. What made things 100 times better, was that KLBJ was having a pre-party before the show so I got to drink super heavy for free before the show. And Matt from the Dudley and Bob show hooked my brother up to meet Ozzy and take a picture with him. Have to say one of the best nights.

Would have loved to catch these guys .I've seen Ozzie a couple of times and Sabbath but never together . My all time favorite concert was Sabbath and Judas Priest at the Colosseum . Sabbath had just released Mob Rules and Priest Screaming for Vengeance .. incredible night .

Ozzy forgetting the lyrics at the end of war pigs ,like forgetting what day your own birthday is on :(

Saw them at the Woodlands. It was pretty sad how badly Ozzy sang off key on most of the songs. "Iron Man" is one of the easiest tunes in the history of music to sing, and he's been doing it for 40 years. Yet he could not sing it in key. He should have retired long ago, because it's criminal to charge people $140 for that performance.

Iommi and Geezer still sounded great.

Didn't notice in Austin. At least he sings unlike DLR.

It just says special guest but was Sabbath and Priest for 10.50 . I remember going to see The Who when they had the farewell tour in 84 , 18.50 and that seemed outrageous

Instrumentally amazing. Ozzy was off though. He tried hard though.

I've heard Ozzy sound much better than he did last Thursday, but I am not sure if we would ever get another chance to see Sabbath so I wasn't gonna miss that show for anything.

I'm sorry I missed them, but I saw them plenty back in the day. I'll settle for that.

Would be curious to know what other bands that were formed over 40 years ago have impressed him in concert.

I hope you're not attempting to compare those albums to real Sabbath with this post. I'm assuming you know better. You could put all those albums together and still not match the worst real Sabbath album.
