It would be interesting to see these numbers (draft class's collective ERA) against the "age relative to level" numbers of each draftee's placement. It's awesome if pitchers are beasting it, but it's less awesome if they're 22 years old and in GCL, ya know? Still impressive. I just wish there was a way to find these numbers.
Yep, in every video he looks 50lbs overweight. Honestly, I don't understand how that happens. For the 50 game suspension could they not have him in Kissimmee working out every day?
After being busted for smoking pot twice and the rapid weight gain he definitely now has some red flags for his commitment to the game. I'm hoping a poor season in AAA will light a fire under him in the offseason to come back in shape and hit like he's supposed to.

So what do you think of him? He's a lefty (something we need) and he has pitched well in Lancaster. I could see him going back to Lancaster and then getting the call to AA after the deadline
Yeah, would probably take him over Oberholtzer. I think that title will go to Chris Lee at the end of the season, though.
I just can't bring myself to get excited about guys in the Appy league unless they're beasting it AND they're young. It's just way too common to see 20/21 year olds do well and then struggle in full season ball.
SIAP, Don't know if anyone has seen it yet, but Jonathan Mayo updated his Top 100 prospects list with the latest draft class.
