If Harden would've bought the new Sony or Samsung water proof phones this would've never happened. He would've wiped the water off his phone and smiled.

If you have been to Asia you would realize that their electronic devices are way advanced of what we have here in the US. Iphones there are not even that new anymore and they are using more advanced phones and processors even with their pc's. Just want to correct misconception about the state of advanced technology and education in that part compared to us and the rest of the world.

You clearly haven't been to the Philippines or don't know much about about the country then. Almost everyone owns a cell in the Philippines. It's the text messaging capital of the world. The country has always had a ridiculously huge cell phone consumer market.

That said, if he purchased an iPhone in the Philippines, there is no guarantee that certain functions will still work in the US, such as LTE.

I agree though, the US is like a 3rd world country when it comes to smartphones. We are just now starting to scratch surface as a consumer base.

Not just smartphones, most electronics. The models in Asia are like 5 generations ahead.

Back on topic, that H2O on iPhone "incident" is probably much ado about nothing. I can't see Beard losing his temper so easily. Besides, it's not like he dropped the phone in a bucket of water.
