    Hey Guys,

    Just a heads up, my company is in hiring mode right now:

    - Project Managers (Technical)
    - Management Consultant
    - Change Management Consultant

    The company is called Enaxis Consulting, a boutique consulting firm with about 60 consultants specializing in IT for the oil & gas industry. We've also got a few major airlines. Most of our employees come from companies like Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Booz Allen as well large oil & gas companies. Our clients are local, with the exception of a handful so very little travel. Areas of expertise might include:

    Do you think they'd hire on anything entry level in Business Decision Analytics. I've been trying to get into something that takes better advantage of my analytical background in Econometrics and Statistical Forecasting, but this far I haven't been able to do so due to my lack of practical experience. I've got plenty of theoretic knowledge, though, and excellent work ethic and people to vouch for that, as well.

    It varies, it's similar to a Big 4 consulting model:

    - Consultant
    - Senior Consultant
    - Manager
    - Senior Manager
    - Partner

    Depending on your experience, you'll receive one of these titles and salary relative to your title and experience. Everyone is different really...

    I am working on my GED, but will probably quit that.

    Do I have to go near schools? BC I can't do that.
