    Something with low guaranteed money, multiyear deal with team options every year. That way, if things dont work out, we simply dont take his option, if he proves healthy, he has constant employment :cool:

    he showed flashes of being a dominant force in the league when he was healthy. Too bad he's never healthy.

    Not likely. He can go somewhere for more money/PT or to a team like Miami that can promise a title run. We can't exactly do that yet this year.

    If I was Oden, I wouldnt want extended playing time in other places...that just increases his chance of an injury, thereby basically forcing him into retirement. If I was Oden, I'd take my 10-15 minutes a night and run with it. Or limp with it.

    It's not a big deal....think its cool that we now have the luxury to take a chance on a BACK UP center like Oden. Who cares when your starter is Dwight? Lol
    There are plenty of players the rockets aren't interested in....I just think its news if someone reads or hears about players we are interested in during the summer. Not big news...just FYI.....not that serious.
