I got angry just reading Jim Edmonds.

I missed the game, I'm sad after seeing the gif and how exited they were. Not to many bright spots this year and I freaking missed it. :(

You weren't amazed when he actually caught the ball?

Wow..I was really impressed with his curve..it was an out pitch on more than one occasion...buckled the knees of a couple of A's batters.

I was at the game last night. A lot of fun to see the rally. Dominguez's HR reminded me a little of Ausmus' in the Braves 18 inning game...though obviously not on as big a stage.

Will this be Bud's last start in an Astros uniform?

Hope he makes it a great one.

He did have some good ones (mostly looking), it was just a lot less consistent.

With Barnes & Martinez banged up, we get to see Chris Carter back in LF. Krauss will be playing in right. I'd try to limit the fly balls.

First game I've been to all-year, and I was glad I stuck around. Pretty decent crowd for a Tuesday night, and the crows was supportive of Cosart, especially as he finished the 7th. A lot of people left after the As scored 2 late, but enough people stuck around for the crowd to be into it during the comeback. I was basically thinking we had no chance with the bottom of the line-up coming up in the 9th against Balfour, but his error opened the door to the comeback. I told my buddy that Matty D might be able to get a hold of one, and lo and behold, he shocked everyone by actually doing it. After the initial thrill, I was sure that I was going to stuck there forever through extra innings only to see Ambriz lose it in the 14th, but the young kids came through.
Best part of the the night (besides the unbelievable comeback win) was that we were led by 3 young guys (Cosart, Villar, Dominguez) who are actually part of our future. Finally something to get excited about!

97 was the highest yesterday. Very easy look to it. Generally sits in the mid 90s with both 4 seam and 2 seam.

Norris was workin with a high pitch count early on, but has settled down. Striking out 6 of his first 7 outs drove up the count a little, but now he is working and through 4 having only given up one run. Could be his last start in Houston as an Astro...

Who the hell ever considered themselves "anti-Altuve?"

Good outing by Norris today... at over 100 pitches, perhaps that's the last inning in an Astros uniform?

Regardless, definitely helped his trade value today.

18 homers from the 2 catchers on the roster! Granted, the DH opportunity helps, but man, that is fantastic to get such good production from a value position.

Why is Norris out there for the 7th?

We needed some cushion with the bullpen entering the game.

Career OPS allowed after 100 pitches: 1.064

    22:24 BB/K ratio

Very consistent across the first 100 pitches.

Porter made the same stupid decision in Bud's last start.
