Man... feel glad you guys are so fortunate. If even half the bosses I've had in my life could be considered "good," I'd be a very happy camper. Exactly. It's insane how much influence your boss can have in your overall job satisfaction in a corporate environment. Ohhhhh yeah. There are actually two "useless consultant assholes" involved in this story as well, I just didn't want to overcomplicate the story needlessly. But they have definitely been taking credit for a lot of process definition that really they didn't do it all, it was all my boss and me... all these guys did was write it all down and present it as theirs. So in essence, Psycho b**** is paying them $400 an hour to read our own processes back at us and claim it's new. Did your fiancee leave the company?
