Can you please go through the survey giddyup posted? I found it interesting. I initially, based on the media coverage, leaned towards saying Zimmerman is guilty, but it looks like bigtexxx was pretty much right from the beginning on this one.
It does have an agenda, but does have a lot of relevant information that people seem to want to ignore.
Those of you making skittles, iced tea and hoodies as talking points in this case made it a mockery. It's hard to take any of you serious if you're gonna put up a weak argument. The Prosecution's argument was obliterated before the defense put 1 witness on the stand. There is no logical argument for this to be a case about race. The Martin's said the case wasn't about race, even issuing a statement as to such when it was discovered their son was the one using racist language that night. Once GZ was found not guilty, it's suddenly about race again. Racism exists, try not to call Wolf in situations where it doesn't exist and that will help your crusade where a a race discussion is applicable. Adios....
We as a society can not be afraid of being smeared as a racist in order to set the record straight on this case. The only people that are still supporting Trayvon Martin are the ones who have not objectively assessed the facts of the case. These people need education, not emotion, in order to understand the true facts, and not the lies that the media put forth. We must fight ignorance with truth. The Trayvon Martin supporters use race as a weapon in order to suppress the other side. We all know that when you are accused -- not convicted but accused -- of being a racist, then your career is toast. It's a powerful weapon, the race card. But the facts of the case, as presented objectively in court, not in the media, are as follows: 1. There were a string of burglaries in this neighborhood, perpetrated by young black males. George Zimmerman worked with victims of these break-ins in order to help console them and improve their home security. 2. Trayvon Martin was new to the area and was wandering around in a disoriented fashion because he was on drugs. He went to the store to purchase more ingredients for drugs -- as 'lean' is made from cough syrup, skittles and watermelon juice (what he bought, not iced tea) 3. Zimmerman did not stalk or follow Martin, but rather tried to keep track of where Martin was, acting upon the 9-11 dispatcher's questions. 4. Martin calls Zimmerman a racial slur and then attacks Zimmerman and beats him, breaking his nose and causing significant injuries to his face and head. Martin was in fact armed -- armed with nose breaking fists and a sidewalk used as a weapon. 5. Zimmerman acts in self defense after Martin says "you will die tonight". How anyone can be sympathetic towards Trayvon Martin is a mystery to me.
Were you aware that you can get your desired results from a survey simply by framing the questions accordingly? ( ) Yes, of course. ( ) No. I'm not a bright bulb.
why are you allowed to assume this and get away with painting yourself as a victim of being smeared as a racist? you completely made up the part about why he was in 7-11. you have latched on to a narrative presented by god knows what website or source that is pushing the "lean" storyline. lol cough syrup, skittles, and watermelon juice. think critically
This is something that is very true and the argument has been flipped. Martin supporters have thrown claims at Zimmerman and now Zimmerman supporters are throwing claims at Martin. Disgusting all around.
Glad I don't keep watermelon juice in the house. Folks might accuse me of making drugs. I do like skittles and once a month or so, I need a swig of cough syrup.
Q1: Rabbi, can I smoke while I'm praying? A: Of course not son, that's offensive to our religion. Q2: Rabbi, can I pray while I'm smoking? A: Of course son. You may pray at any time.
I didn't even take the survey. I just read it for the stuff it brought up which has been LARGELY OR ENTIRELY IGNORED by the MSM and the RACE-BAITERS.... or are they identical?
I didn't know that Trayvon had jewelry and stuff that actually matched descriptions of items reported stolen in a burglary. Is that actually true? Also didn't know he had texted about selling a gun.
Never paid much attention to the facts of this case because I thought it was overblown, but the omission of details by the media that portrayed Trayvon Martin as sympathetic while demonizing George Zimmerman made me sick.
If it weren't for the bull**** claims by grandstanding race baiters, there would have never been a trial because the evidence never existed to convict GZ.
One thing I read said that when school officials discovered the items in Trayvon's possession they were labeled as "FOUND PROPERTY" rather than "STOLEN PROPERTY" so that a less-damaging police report could be filed. And that was meant to be a convenience for the school administration so that we could see what a bang-up job was being done with these kids by both parents and staff. IIRC, 12 items... matching description of "missing" items. What are the odds of that?
Yea it may come out more as part of any civil case . I would think that they'd still have it in an evidence room somewhere . I was accused of " making it up" in this thread .
It's important to know what is a "claim" and what is a "fact." It's never disgusting to air out the discrepancies. Remember: the Obama Way!
