So, what you're saying is it's not as easy as you implied? There is something called intensity, which you seem to be disregarding. A pro athlete flying through those stairs is not the same as a recreational student taking their time through them. People are really fawning over his work ethic, not work out. FWIW, i just remembered both Parsons and Beverley even got a workout in the day of the rally. I'm not sure if it was before or after, but i saw pictures a fan took from the practice court window. They both have been putting in a lot of work
Running stadium steps is not easy. I ran those in high school and college during off season work outs and that carp is not easy. Yeah right.
Huh .. So once they acquired Lin they should have just focused on role players .. You should never post again if you are serious ?
1/3rd of the forum posts in this thread are all about conspiracy theories. If you can afford the time to tell one person off who was speculating on the Rockets' front page picture, you can afford the time to tell the others who were speculating on Lin's tweets off.
You can't be serious. Which team exactly would have passed on Harden when the opportunity came around. I think that was one of the most brilliant trades in a long time. With all due respect, Lin is not an icon that will change the way the NBA works. I'm just about 100% sure that Harden understands all this to the micron level. I'm equally sure that he understands that he will benefit from a stellar center. He also understands that a team needs 2-3 players at that level to become a contender. I'm sure he wants to win the championship. Actually I think he wants to win it before OKC does it.
Lol it was a joke, but sadly a Lin fan seriously said these things regarding what The Rockets did to Lin.
Can we just agree that our team is putting in the work to be a future contending team? Regardless of who stays or who goes, can't we be happy that our roster consists of high character, mature and hard working guys? Instead of arguing whose working harder, or who should be working harder, can't we be glad that they're all working towards their goals of being better basketball players. Harden wants to show he can be the next best SG. D12, just got paid, and instead of being a slouch he's also working hard to repair his image as a winner in the league. CP25 is trying to improve, to show that he can be the 3rd part of the big three. Bev wants to show that he's a capable starter. Lin wants to show that he's no fluke. TJ, Smith, D-Mo all want to show that they can man the starting 4 spot. We have a good group of hard working guys that are willing to do what it takes to win. What's wrong with that?
Because whoever photoshopped this picture wanted you to ask that question. That trio has never been out there together in Rocket uniform.
You can't be serious, right? I'm a Lin fan, and even I know that this is nothing prrsonal - it's about building up a team and making it better to become a championship contender. I full heartedly support Harden and Howard because they make the team better. At the same time, I do want the coaches to use Lin properly according to his strengths. Heck, if Lebron would choose Houston today, I'd say get him!
can't we all just agree to disagree and enjoy who we have so far? on a lighter note: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/dRG8sEyKmPk" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
