I remember him dribbling the ball way too long into the possession. Also the headband slap on either Rondo or House. That was hilarious. But necessary because our streak was about to end

Actually when he slapped House it was while he was on the Magic during the playoffs but that was pretty funny.

I thought it was more interesting he mentioned Chris Paul.

Man skip came a long way. From street ball legend to starting PG for the Houston Rockets.

Yeah you're right. The headband slap threw me off.

Rafers best NBA moment HAS to be that taunt he gave Vujacic in win #22 of the streak. Just the perfect capstone to the greatest Rocket moment of the decade, beating what would become the Western conference representative to the finals that year before the eventual champs popped our balloon of joy the next game.

Plus, it was against Vujabitch so we can all look back and have a good laugh now.

I love Rafer Alston and am probably one of the only people to have his jersey. There was something fun about him to watch for me when he came to play. And the fact that he didn't take anything s*** from anybody and always came to the defense of his team-mates made me happy that he was a Rocket. I remember going to a game were he got ejected in the first 4-5 minutes. Also met him at the Dave N Busters in Houston 2 years ago and he was the nicest guy. All class. Besides fighting with numerous people and almost killing that guy at the NY nightclub......I still love Skip.
