Been playing Rainbow Six Vegas 2 non stop with my friend. Terrorist Hunt is crazy fun! Graphics are good, but it's a plus that the frame rates are high (way faster than on 360) and it was only $6.50. I've probably put in 20 hours since I bought it.
I use my xbox 360 wired controller. I was raised on a controller (system gaming) and just recently hopped on PC gaming (3 years ago). With the exception of starcraft, dota 2, and a couple other mouse and keyboard games, I HAVE to play with a controller.
Even FPS's? I'd figure you'd have a monumental disadvantage when playing against someone with a keyboard + mouse. Especially without aim assist.
Cheaters never win in my book, but I also rarely win in my book, so it's a tradeoff im willing to take. I got pride issues
I'm at about $140 right now. Hehe. I can't help but keep adding and adding. FTL and Monaco are really fun. FTL is hard a shiz tho.
For FTL, hit as many stars as you can but stay ahead of the danger zones. Getting scrap is vital, and try to go to as many shops as you can to get weapons and/or crew. Good weapons are more important and good augmentations. If you find Weapon Preigniter, sell anything to get it. Strategically, attack their weapon systems first. If they have no weapons, they can't hurt you. Then focus on shields. Make sure those are down, then attack either the pilot or engines so that they can't dodge. FTL is a great game. Frustratingly fun, but challenging to make you try again. I thought it'd be lame before I bought it, but when I did, I stayed up later than I should have when I couldn't stop playing. I always told myself "one more star!"
Dragon Age, but that sale is over now. Also. If you're into Diablo-style RPGs then Torchlight II is a steal. Its Diablo 3 on crack and its a shame that a team of 25 people completely outperformed Blizzard and all the resources they had at their disposal.
I think I did fairly well Lara Croft and the Guardians of Light Fallout : New Vegas Darksiders Sonic the Hedgehog Star Wars KOTR Dead Island Torchlight II FTL
