You sure are high about a player that let a back up point guard scorch him for 4 games. Wasn't Beverley known for his defense? Because I didn't see any of it when he went against Reggie Jackson.
China media says rumour is 3-way to get LMA and we are giving away Asik and Beverley -0-..... dunno how credible, probably not really....
How can being happy over a former Rocket hero coming home for the vet minimum while improving team flexibility be a problem? How is that just "Living in the past."? Explain please.
Lol I'm supporting my Rockets. I don't care if they won that year or not. We're bringing him in as a 3rd pg.. Not asking him to start. How are you any different than a bandwagon fan. Oh wait you only support teams that win. Do us all a favor and hop off, its already too heavy. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/nKubwgJK8q8" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Any link? Even though I really like the idea of Lin playing with Dwight and want the Rockets to keep him, I don't want it at the expense of Beverly.
So you acknowledge Beverly let a back up point guard punk him for 4 games straight? And somehow he's a starting point guard?
It's a different situation. In Sacramento they needed him to contribute consistently and do what he did in 2009 but for the Kings. Where he is now his role is merely that of a spot up shooter, the Rockets need someone that can score instantly and quickly, that's it. The same with Carlos Delfino, he came in as a mediocre player last year, his role was defined, and he was very successful.
Lmao, if it were for LMA it would be the price to pay. You can't get all-stars for cheap. Hell, I would trade Parsons for LMA.
It is simply a matter of $$$ the numbers need to match up, Lin and Asik are redundant if you have Beverly and Lin, probably toss in Dmo or TJones too...one of them. DD
Beverley plays hard, but come on now. I'd trade the man in a heartbeat if it meant acquiring Aldridge. Fan glasses off, Bev is replaceable. Sorry folks.
But then this happened <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/gpwqIQaGFmg" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> He's still a good shooter, but he probably isn't the same player anymore.
