What kind of pending back surgery did Morey not understand? Miller, the guy that was trash for three seasons then miraculously ignited in a couple of games.

Get it done! This team needs more depth and valuable pieces for the playoffs. In fact, let these two battle for rotation spots. I like where this is going.

Normally it's due to issues at home, with the wife, lack of confidence in real life, etc.; they don't actually feel that much anger about a thread, as they do not have to pay for bandwith to support it

Can either of those bluehairs stay on the floor?

Because it can push relevant and original threads off the first page and make them harder to find.

1.) What part of minimum salary do you not understand? There's zero risk. If it works out, great. If not, what exactly is lost?

2.) The "pending back surgery" report was released hours after Woj indicated that Cleveland might claim him. Considering Miller wants to play for a contender and said the day before that his body felt better than it had in years, it seems incredibly likely that the "back surgery" report is a bluff to scare off bad teams. Much the same way Artest said he wanted to sign in China before he cleared waivers (and ultimately signed in New York).

Miller cleared waivers. So did Kleiza.

I say we go after Kleiza if Miller chooses Memphis or OKC like expected. Maybe we can convince Kleiza to stay in the US.

Would love to get both Miller and Camby. They are exactly what we need.

And by that, I don't mean at the expense of Asik. I want Camby as the no. 3 center.

I think if we get these two, we are set for now.

PG: Lin (28), Beverley (20), Canaan
SG: Harden (38), Garcia (10), BJ Young
    SF: Parsons (36), M. Miller (12), Casspi
    PF: T. Jones (22), Motiejunas (10), G. Smith
    C: Howard (34), Asik (26), Camby (4)

I think Terrence Jones will be solid this season.

We will hopefully play Howard and Asik together sometimes (thus the 32 minutes from the PF guys and the 64 minutes from the C guys - I can see Howard and Asik both playing a few minutes at the PF position, probably rather Howard than Asik).

We are really set to compete for a title, in my opinion, if everyone stays healthy and the team spirit is there.

Bring back Brad Miller, why not :)

I find Camby to be more useful to have on the squad, than M Miller.

Would love to have Mike Miller. Screw Casspi and that guy from the Bobcats.

I'd love to have Garcia & Miller coming off the bench. Camby only if we move Asik.

Miller has shown he can knock down clutch shots in big moments in the playoffs. I heard the Cavs are making a big play for him though. He'd probably get more minutes there.

Still waiting for the inevitable "Baron Davis a great fit for Rox!" thread.

both are good minimum signings. Nothing to lose ...but if either are playing significant minutes, something has gone horribly wrong.

No, they do it because we don't want multiple threads on the same article/subject and they know that.....unlike *some* people who start a new thread every time they have a thought go thru their pudding heads.

They may not have to pay for the bandwidth, but they care about the ONE GUY who *does* have to pay for it out of his pocket and they want to help him out....also unlike you.

Camby would be decent as insurance or if Asik does really want to be moved( a rumor that *still* has not been confirmed), but considering how many swingmen the Rockets already have, I don't see Miller wanting to come here for the minimum to not get on the court.

Oh no, God forbid people have to do slightly more work to find some "relevant and original thread" on the second page.
