@AlexKennedyNBA The Dallas Mavericks, Houston Rockets, Charlotte Bobcats and Phoenix Suns have expressed interest in Jamaal Tinsley, according to sources. is this guy credible? why would we even be interested? we've got three PG's already, unless they don't think canaan can contribute right away? doesn't make any sense. or the leak came from jazz as a way to up his trade value...
Alex Kennedy has absolutely no credibility. Not even an ounce. It won't happen, but this post should be IB4TL.
Interested in him for what? To stand under the basket and feed the ball back to the players at practice?
He's the perfect anti-Morey player. Maybe Morey leaks that he's interested just to drive up the Maverick's pricetag for him. As soon as Cuban gets wind that Morey is interested, he'll cough up an extra $4 million.
Alex Kennedy is a joke. Tinsley sucks. We have three point guards. Is not efficient. Its Jamal Tinsley. WTF.
Actually wouldn't mind having Tinsley as a veteran on the bench and on the court. This team is young...maybe too young. It's good to have some veterans to spread some knowledge. Tinsley is also a pretty good floor leader, he knows how to play the PG position.
Poopsworld. Kennedy is a proven joke. However he's a tad bit better than his counterpart Bill Ingram. Are the Rockets interested in Tinsley???.. maybe, but I'd be shocked if he gets picked up at the contract they would be willing to provide. Lin isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Just dont see a huge market for him right now and who they would be able to get that provides a huge upgrade. Beverley isn't going anywhere. Surely Canaan's not going anywhere as well. The Rockets wouldn't have signed him if he was going to be moved. They would have just traded his draft rights. But maybe he's added to the roster as a training camp invite on a non-guaranteed contract... who knows. However -Keep this in mind as you might see random signing from Morey in the coming months leading up to training camp- NBA rosters can be larger than 15 during the offseason. Last season and the previous, Morey had something like 20 players under contract going into training camp. The Rockets are notorious for creating a Very, Very competitive situation in training camp for the last few roster spots. Dont think for a minute that the 15 guys under contract right now are the only ones that will be added to the training camp roster.
Alex Kennedy is the dude that said Dwight was 50/50 between the Rockets and the Warriors after it was plastered everywhere that he chose the Rockets, right?
