    LOL. Right.

Amazing how suddenly the free market in action turns into "coercion" and "mob rule" the moment the outcome isn't what you wanted.

Much like people complaining that "justice wasn't served" the moment the verdict didn't go their way.

    Don't be Al Sharpton, please.

It's not spitting on the grave if it's true. Besides, the Crumptards sold us the narrative that Martin was a sweet innocent kid with Skittles who got murdered by an evil, racist Bull Connor wannabe. They opened the door for this anal exam of every detail of Martin's life. If you are going to do it to Zimmerman, you have to expect it to be done to Martin. It's only fair.

    Exactly my point.

Plus you have a bunch of crybabies around here who can't figure out they were duped and the right verdict was returned. All the people who are asking what do they tell their kids. Tell them this is what can happen if you become an out of control undisciplined teenager with a lack of respect for authority and or a lack of respect for civil behavior.

This was pretty much a when keeping it real goes wrong situation.

Why doesn't the same apply for Zimmerman? If he would've listened to the people telling him to stay in the car, Trayvon Martin would've gone home, Zimmerman would've had to talk to the police for a little bit and we wouldn't have a 439-page thread on this death on Clutchfans.

I know i'm late, but since we know what Trayvon was doing, what was Zimmerman doing?

Was he just driving home from some place? Was he out patrolling or did he just randomly spot Trayvon walking in the rain?

No, it's the squeaky wheel gets the grease. The problem is that a few squeaky wheels while being the loudest don't represent the entire free market. Usually it's the opposite, only representing a few.

That is part of the free market. People are free to complain. Businesses are free to bend to those complaints.

You misunderstand what a free market is.

IIRC, he was on his way to the store or something and saw Trayvon while he was leaving the neighborhood.

This is an example of an overstatement from the other side.

Why are you ripping apart a dead minor? That's pretty gross.

TM acted wronging in assaulting GZ. I agree that TM wasn't acting in self-defense because he was on top of GZ. You shouldn't assault someone unless you fear for your life - why? Because they might be packing a gun.

There's no reason TM could not have avoided the confrontation. He could have easily just kept going on his way. At some point he attacked GZ.

But what that has to do with jewelry or p*rn I have no idea. And it's pretty disgusting to try to portray TM as a criminal and defame him when he's already dead and can't defend himself. And it also gives credence to the idea that there is a racial element to this.

So you're punishing the "crumptards" (?) by disrespecting a dead 17-yr-old who never even knew said "crumptards" ... Wow, you sure do know how to WIN. I am impress! Why don't you go ahead and type what you're itching to type: the 17-yr-old deserved to die, just based on your gut instinct and some random half-truths.

You don't even half to type the exact words -- your intent, your soul really, are plain as day. :( God bless us all.

Zimmerman's past has already been brought up. I mean the first picture we saw of Zimmerman was a mug shot from like 5 years or so ago. The first picture we saw of Martin was of a 12 year old. The prima facie media narrative was based on those photos. While I feel very sorry for the Martin family, their hired legal guns vilified George Zimmerman. They can hardly cry foul when the tables got turned.

Why don't you petition Federal Prosecutors to exhume Trayvon Martin and put his dead body on trial then?

Under the US legal system, a person does not need to be an "angel" to be the victim of a crime. Maybe the Florida prosecutors could not achieve the burden of proof to convict Zimmerman in the eyes of the jury, but that doesn't mean Trayvon Martin was declared a criminal.

The Crumptards opened the door. They don't get to vilify Zimmerman and then claim that Martin's character is off limits.

It's not about whether Martin deserved to die. It's about whether Martin engaged in an action which entitled Zimmerman to use deadly force. In Florida, and all states except Ohio, it is the state's burden to disprove that claim. They failed to do so and Zimmerman was properly acquitted.

That's not any more idiotic than petitioning the DOJ to pursue civil rights charges against Zimmerman.

Once again, the issue is hypocrisy. Y'all were quite happy to dig in to Zimmerman's background, but when the situation gets reversed, y'all cry foul.
