I don't get it. I'd like to read a book about what went on in that jury room. Why would that be so bad? Just because people wanted someone convicted for a crime he didn't commit?

Why the **** not? They're the ones who get called away from their jobs and families to endure this nightmarish bull****. Now we want to ostracize them because the prosecution couldn't prove the case. We want to treat them as an extension of Zimmerman. I'll admit jurors should lay low after a case and not parade around peacocking as B37 has...but damn y'all need to leave them alone. They did what they had to do. The prosecution failed miserably. Open and shut case. This isn't fairytale law. This isn't a tv show where there's blood and semen everywhere to gain 100% convictions. Just sayin.
Because that isn't how the system is supposed to work. Jurors shouldn't be bothered, but they also shouldn't be parading themselves around. They should remain as anonymous as possible.

The trial is over, so I'm not sure what the point is in character assassination of either person at this juncture. Especially when you're pissing on a the grave of someone who can't stand up for themselves anymore. Seems kind of petty and distasteful. Weed and jewelry, meh. Also, isn't calling them "underage" kind of silly, since Martin himself is a minor? Anybody else see the irony in painting Martin in a bad light by having a picture of himself with a gun, when he was, you know, shot by someone else's gun and killed?
So Skittles had child p*rnography on his phone? If he received the photos via phone, isn't that a federal charge?
No matter how disgusting I find the antics of some posters around here, I sincerely hope nobody spits on their graves someday. Nobody deserves that, and it accomplishes nothing.
If Martin was in fear, he should have called 911 and ran to the unit where he was staying. Instead he kept talking to Jeantel until he decided to set up an ambush and attack Zimmerman. And for the zillionth time - FOLLOWING SOMEONE IS NOT ILLEGAL, BUT ASSAULT IS.
