The OCP was/is a, um, kind of rap outfit / rec league basketball team, and it stands for Outta Control Punjabis.

A poster saying he was down with the OCP posted a picture from one of their "albums," and it's the basis of the one shown here. The outfit, in undershirts, stands in front of a suburban Mc-mansion. While they hold a few weapons like machetes and guns, we soon spotted a bigwheel in the background and other children's paraphernalia, so then it was off to the photoshop races for poor OCP. By the way, the guy on the left with what is now a bunch of flowers (was a machete) is actually called "Lil Curry." LOLOL.
