he should take a hint from robert horry.
If he was ever afraid to take and miss the last shot, his response:
" If I miss what's the worse they're going to do to me, trade me?"

Lin just needs to not defer and stay aggressive at all times. If I see him lag off his man to "help" the center against another center that can't even score 4 points and leaves his man wide open for three, I will pull my hair out. But that goes for harden, lin and bev. It's annoying.

Get a new fanbase. Preferably one that cared about the sport before the 11-12 season.

Improve consistency. Aside from the first month and a half of the season his averages were pretty good, but Lin's performance throughout was filled with peaks and valleys. He had some really great games last year but also some truly terrible ones.
By GameScore he had 20 games last year better than a 19pt 11ast 3to performance against Orlando on 8/16 shooting and 20 games worse than an 8pt 4ast 4to performance against Indiana on 3/6 shooting. He needs to make that Indiana-type game his floor without losing the positives.

His top priority should be to not read ClutchFans. Oh, and sleep with as many hot Christian ladies he can fit into his training schedule.

Be a 38% three-point shooter night in and night out.

    He does that, we win.

I would like him to become a better ball handler and shooter, because hopefully he will be becoming off the bench and running the Pick and Roll with Asik. It would help keep a consistent, balanced offense for 48 minutes.

Dwight is the new force for the team, got to focus on feeding him. Harden is important as well but he'll be handling the ball himself and Lin already has a year of figuring out how to work with him. Gotta focus on making DH successful in the Rockets offense.

"Better ball handler" is a reasonable choice. "Score more points" is too vague, as it "play better defense". I do expect we'll see Lin doing leaving his man less frequently with DH behind him, and some folks will say he's playing better.

Grow some balls and stop deferring to Harden.
Stop overhelping on D and leaving your man open for a 3.
    Reduce those ******* turnovers.
